About Cadiz Bookkeeping

Welcome to Cadiz Bookkeeping! I’m Rebekah Cadiz, the founder and lead bookkeeper here, and I’m thrilled to share my journey with you.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, which has provided a strong foundation for my 30+ years of experience in various professional roles. Throughout my career, I have worked with some of the most respected and well-established organizations, including the Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, the California Alliance for Advanced Transportation Systems, and the Sacramento Association of REALTORS®. These experiences have shaped me into a versatile professional with a broad skill set and a deep understanding across multiple industries. I have had the opportunity to wear many hats throughout my career—serving as a Real Estate Store Manager, Membership Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Assistant Deputy Clerk III, Senior Administrative Support Technician, Judicial Assistant to an Appellate Court Justice, and I was a landlord for over 18 years. These roles have enabled me to develop a diverse range of skills, including extensive experience in cite-checking, proofreading, and editing, as well as expertise in real estate store management, bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, purchase orders, report management and rental management.

When I am not focused on my professional life, I am a proud resident of Rancho Cordova, California, where I live with my wonderful husband, Reggie, enjoy sons Robbie and Richard, and, finally, the one who has us all catering to him, our dog Rocket. We love spending time with our families and friends, enjoying the latest movies, and traveling to new destinations whenever we can.
